About Lisa
A steady presence for real-life change.
Therapy works best when you can be fully human. Lisa brings warmth, curiosity, and practical experience to a space where you do not need to perform, minimize, or have everything figured out.
A collaborative approach
You know your life. Therapy helps you see it more clearly.
Lisa believes lasting change grows from a relationship where you feel respected, understood, and involved in the work.
Sessions may include making sense of patterns, building coping skills, noticing how emotions show up in the body, exploring relationship dynamics, or setting practical goals. The approach adapts to you—your story, your strengths, your needs, and the pace that feels possible.
Lisa’s work draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused strategies, behavioral modification, and trauma-informed care. She also brings focused training in grief and loss and somatic approaches.
The goal is not to become someone else. It is to feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to choose your next step.

Who Lisa works with
Care for adulthood in all its seasons.
Lisa welcomes adults age 18 and older, with particular care for young adults building their way forward and older adults navigating change, loss, identity, health, and connection.
Clients may arrive in the middle of a clear crisis, a quiet sense of disconnection, or a long-standing pattern they are finally ready to understand. There is no threshold you have to meet before your experience deserves support.
