How the work takes shape

Therapy is not a script. The work changes depending on what you need that day and what you are working toward over time.
Some sessions may focus on making sense of feelings and patterns. Others may be more practical: learning ways to calm the nervous system, communicate differently, challenge a familiar thought, or take a specific next step. Lisa draws from multiple evidence-informed approaches while keeping the work personal and collaborative.
